Payments are due in full during our first session, unless you have made other arrangements with me.

You may reschedule your appointment a minimum of 48 hours prior. If you reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment, are a no show, or are more than 15 minutes late, that session in your package will expire. Eg. If it was your 2nd session out of 5 sessions, we will proceed with the 3rd session moving forward.

 

The medicine provided is for the 8-week container. To receive more medicine, you must purchase another package.

Corresponding with me via text, and email is for questions, feedback, and brief reflections about your microdosing experience. If you need support unpacking, processing, and/or integrating your microdosing experience, an additional session can be made. Most weekends I am unavailable for correspondence. 

 

I reserve the right to withdraw service and/or cancel the participation of anyone at any time. In such cases, fees paid in advance will be pro-rated and refunded.

On occasion I may get signs that I am not the best practitioner to support you, this is not personal, it means that with your best interest at the forefront, there is another practitioner who is more skilled in the area where you need support, and I will refer you to other microdosing coaches, and/or therapists.

 

Confidentiality:
All experiences, personal information, as well as any correspondence related to working with me is confidential. This includes requests by telephone, or email, and all interactions with Microdosing Humboldt.

 

There are two exceptions, one being if you share with me that you intend to cause physical harm to yourself or others, then I am legally required to report this to the police, and two, there may be times when I consult a colleague or my mentor about a client. In this case, no personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, phone number, or email address, will be shared.

 

If I see you in public I will not approach you unless you approach me first, and I will not identify you as a client or student unless you identify yourself as one first. You may choose to give me permission in writing to release specific information about you to any person or agency that you designate.

 

In regards to classes, workshops, and all other events I require that every participant keep the identity and any information shared during an event by another participant confidential. Should I become aware that a participant has shared personal details about someone else in the group outside of the event container, they will no longer be permitted to attend Microdosing Humboldt events.
